Join me for Tuesday's 3/31 noon guided meditation, rooted in Vipassana (insight) meditation, non-dual contemplative practices, and psychology based techniques to deepen in self-compassion and inner trust. I will provide techniques and tips in cultivating presence, compassion, and groundedness of being in the body. There will be time for group sharing, reflection, and facilitated discussion at the end of the meditation.
