Psychedelic Integration Therapy
How I work with clients:
I support individuals who are looking to prepare, set intentions, and integrate their psychedelic experiences into their daily lives. The insights and understandings gained during psychedelic experiences can often fade quickly without support to integrate these experiences. Clients will be supported to integrate expansive states of consciousness, cultivate greater self-compassion, ground in their bodies, heal the shadow side of their psyches, and make new meanings of their intentions. I provide trauma informed psycho-spiritual psychotherapy that blends mindfulness-based techniques rooted in psychodynamic, somatic (body-oriented), gestalt, and transpersonal psychology. I also support clients in microdosing preparation, education, and integration.
Background:
As a licensed transpersonal psychologist, I hold a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology and a Doctorate in Spiritually-Oriented Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, co-founded by James Fadiman. Transpersonal psychology integrates the spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience through Eastern wisdom, cross-cultural myths and archetypes, indigenous healing traditions, and East-West modalities of modern psychology. I have a private practice in San Francisco, CA where I work with various psychedelic treatment centers and groups for the consultation and treatment of clients that are seeking a healing experience with psychedelic medicines.

Decriminalize Nature:
I am a proud member of Decriminalize Nature San Francisco! We passed a resolution to decriminalize entheogenic plants and fungi on September 6, 2022. We did this along with many other cities such as Oakland, Santa Cruz, Arcata, Denver, Cambridge, Detroit, North Hampton, and Washington D.C.
